All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the potential for contamination or tampering, we cannot accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. All sales are considered final upon dispatch from our facility.

  • Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For packages with no tracking movement, please allow up to 14 business days before filing a claim.
  • Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within  1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed for shipment. Email us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
